Nestled in the charming town of Lymington, Bridges Of Lymington is a delightful tea and coffee shop that offers a cozy, traditional atmosphere perfect for a relaxing morning or afternoon. Located at 25 St Thomas St, this lovely spot is renowned for its friendly service and inviting environment, where guests can enjoy a variety of delicious dishes and treats. A standout on the menu is the Big Bridges Breakfast, a hearty and satisfying option that's a hit with regulars, along with the mouthwatering French toast. The attention to detail is evident in the little touches, such as the serving of fresh farmhouse butter and the use of Denby mugs, which add to the cafe's warm, homely vibe. Egg sandwich was very nice but it’s a tea room without any toilets which makes it hard to recommend as a place to chill out. They also charged me £1 more than it said an egg sandwich costed on the board. However the bread was as fresh as you could possibly get and the egg mix and tomato combo was very nice.

Great little place. Don't let the lack of toilets put you off. The take away cakes were delicious.

Booked for afternoon tea and it didn't disappoint! Gorgeous little gem and will definitely be returning. Fresh sandwiches, fantastic selection of homemade cakes, scones, sausage rolls and quiche! Excellent service, clean and tidy and very friendly staff. Thank you for making our afternoon special!

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Ordered a hot chocolate and fruit scone. "Have the trimmings" said the server, so I did! On such a wet and windy day so nice. Loved the mismatched crockery.

Disappointed- the bacon/avocado sandwich was huge so I didn’t have space for the rocky road! Fantastic sandwich, really good coffee and when I find space for the rocky road I’m sure it’ll taste as amazing as it looks. Quirky place, nice staff, I’m only visiting but Lymington is v lucky to have this alternative to the bland coffee chains so please support it!

Beautiful traditional tea/coffee shop, with lots of food items and gifts to buy. Popped in for a coffee and a treat and according to my lovely Mum "the most delicious" gluten free victoria sponge cake. Would highly recommend and return.

Visited for first time 23 June 2025, great helpful and polite service, have to say that the Pecan Slice was the best I have ever had, will be back.

We had a delightful Saturday morning breakfast here, with the team kindly reserving a table for us in advance. The ‘Big Bridges Breakfast’ was a highlight plus the delicious French toast. We loved all the little touches - knobs of real farmhouse butter and Denby mugs. The deli also has a plethora of good things. We’ll be sure to return next time we’re in Lymington!
